The Coastal Wildlife Rescue Center was the approved by the City of Foley , Al. in 2010 at the height of the BP Oil disaster .. Unfortunately due to funding issues it was never completed and rescued wildlife had to be sent to other parts of the Coast for treatment.. Now Thanks to the collective efforts of many it has a chance
at completion and finally opening . On August 11,2012 at Happy Harbor on the Line from 11-10:30p ,there will be the First annual Ole’River Blues and Folk Festival to benefit the CRWC… There will be music , vendors ,belly Dancers and more … This is a family friendly event … During this Festival there will also be a silent Auction and a Raffle .. The raffle is for a Personal Private Snapper Reef Tickets go on sale June 30th they are $10 per chance and there is no limit on how many tickets you can purchase.. Here is a picture of the reef to be Raffled
